Erin Frisbie

Erin Frisbie has been an invaluable member of the Carson Alexander Team since 2016, working with an array of clients ranging from buyers to sellers; trading brownstones, condos, co-ops, and commercial properties. With an emphasis on service, Erin plays an active role in creating a positive client experience and takes pride in going the extra mile to ensure her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Prior to working in real estate, Erin managed the administrative office of a classical theater company for three years which strengthened her proficiency in problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and meticulousness. To this day, Erin prioritizes clarity and communication—a skill she developed studying theater, working within the classical theater industry, and graduating with a BFA from SMU.

Erin is a proud Brooklyn resident for over a decade and loves to spend her free time studying the Greek language and learning new things about other cultures.

It's almost a given that somewhere in the months-long process of buying or selling a property you're going to hit unexpected obstacles, tense contract negotiations, or find yourself second guessing your own decisions. In light of this, it's essential to work with someone with whom you can trust, build a good rapport, and even have some fun with along the way. Carson came highly recommended from a real estate attorney I have worked with previously, and from our first call I felt that I was entrusting our co-op search in very good hands. He is a GREAT listener, and takes time to understand your needs and criteria, while careful to adjust as they evolve during your search. He is very patient, and always interested in sharing his broader knowledge about how NYC real-estate works in general. Once we a contract signed, his partner Erin was equally helpful and receptive in guiding us through the application process, keeping track of all the details and loose ends, and checking for presentational issues (down to grammar and overlaps in recommendation letters). In my eyes, what separates one broker from another is their usage of time on my project, and character. To shed some light, I'm talking about availability, flexibility, knowledge, and resourcefulness. On top of that, I look for their ability to not only educate, but, listen. Why have a broker who is elite, but, doesn't listen to you, or, even try to understand your goal? Carson, not only checked off all of the boxes on my list, but, he exceeded them. A lot of brokers don't deserve the percentage they charge on a sale, but, Carson hits the Wow scale. No hesitation to make this Broker your go to.
